About our AgencyI started my career as a State Farm agent back in 1985. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and a Master's degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy. I have been an active member of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce for 35 years, and I am honored to be a recipient of the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow award. Additionally, I am involved in the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and support the Boy Scouts of America. ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Peters - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
          Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
